Just got FTB1 Need Help

Ok I came in here hopeing to find some codes. Im used to hacking on FTB2, but all the codes here are in a werid format. How do I put these codes on and how do they work? Also Can somebody give me the ucus file so I can put the codes in the right place.

u should go old skoo and use dev hook lol
