Can we have an option to blacklist ip addresses?

There is a default option built into vBulletin to ban IP Addresses. I am going to come up with a default list of proxy IPs to incorporate eventually into the mod, but it's not to high on the priority list yet, as demand for it has not been too high, but most def! Great request!
