1. They get permabanned. Plus you have to pay for online so that detours most hackers
4. Hackers get their Gamerscore reset. Just ask AT. :P

I had a modded console that i played my ...backed up games on and never had an issue until they got their panties in a bunch. Sony does permaban users. Check out some of the recent news lately on PS3 and hackers. Sony is cracking down.
