It's review time again and damn in only 3 days tops I beat Fable III, I'm writing it now cause I got free time... This aside the game is certainly an improvement combat wise, very fluid I like the spell weaving gauntlets the best. The main downsides that annoy me are character interactions, the fact your characters don't level up your stuff does, and for being a game about recruiting you never get partner AI's often enough to save your ass in combat. This aside the new lv'd weapons are nice to have even if some have dumb requirements, kill spouses, have orgies, and slaughter and absurd amount of enemies with flourishes. They simplified the character interactions to the point where you can't give items to anyone without earning their friendship which even then you normally have to run an mundane delivery across the world to a person that doesn't matter... the interaction is defined by A-good, X-bad, Y-weird or random. LB- give item or gold... easier just to kill people than interact. The partner AI's and the dog AI backslid horribly to you needing to defend them... turns it into escort missions... Walter in the desert comes to mind...My last big fault is the Road to Rule, it's were you spend guild seals to upgrade weapon skills, job levels, and expressions... aside from being expensive as hell the chests aren't worth most of the pain I put myself through... It's not a bad feature but your character is just weak with strong equipment at this point... freakin' glass cannons everywhere! The end of the game involves, if you can, keeping all promises and getting $6.5 million... this is the reason I didn't beat it after day 2, still I did the majority of the quests with little to no repercussions because I made enough from questing and real estate to cover that along with keeping my promises, 'cept the orphanage made that a whore house.... worth $1.75 million... totally worth it! Also for those story driven it explains very subtly I might add what happened to Terrisa's eyes... not to spoil it but it was a nice touch when you look at all 3 games together...

6.5 of 10 combat and back story isn't enough anymore... way to many faults to interest me... also damn short, really damn short... DLC when it makes it's way to retail may save this, NOTE: I SAID MAY
