Dynasty Warrior Strikeforce ISO not working..

Hey guys,

I've downloaded recently Dynasty Warrior Strikeforce and got the .iso file for it, now the problem is that when i copy it to my memstick in the ISO folder, start the game.. It hangs! Nothing! I can only get pass the gameboot and nothing..

Even when i press home and quit game it stops there and it hangs.. Anyone know what seems to be the problem? I've downloaded lot's of .iso and .cso games and never had a problem with it until this one.

do u ahve a umd in or do u have the umd drive thing set to no umd? if u dont try that and it might work :P

Oh yeah.. forgot to say that.. I have "no" UMD setting on... So i don't need any umds to play. Like i said, i've downloaded and played a lot of games but this is so far the one that doesn't work..

I've downloaded from 2 different sites as well and i get the same results..

Yea, im right there along side you. I waited the darn 3 and a half hours to download it and it dosent work. So if sombody out there could help us I will hug them XD. I really wana play this game.

Try taking the ISO off then reloading it on, check to make sure that you have the settings set to no UMD needed. (You said you have downloaded ISO/CSO's before) so you have CFW correct? What CFW do you have? Try updating or switching CFW to see if it helps.

I have "no umd" setting on the recovery mode and i'm currently using 5.0m33-4.

I actually think it's something with the game that prevents it from being played because it's downloaded.

Maybe one of sony's efforts to stop piracy. Like the game detects the psp if it's custom firmware. I dunno..

If you are still having troubles with playing the game follow the below steps...

1. Click Select when your over memory card in game section.
2. Change UMD ISO Mode to M33 Driver.
3. Try playing the game.

This is what someone else posted on a different site just today. Thanks to jquad_666 on insaneisos.net I had the same problem playing the game in 5.00 M33-6 after following the steps it now works on my psp.

Got it fixed.. What i did was go to recovery menu and changed UMD drive to M33 Driver- No UMD.

Game works now.. :D

Yah! its COOL! i just found out your site coz im having problem also with my psp, i cant play the game Dynasty Warrior & it works when i go to the recovery menu & changed the UMD driver to M33! Thanx for posting your knowledge here!
