Download winrar from winrar.com, it's free...
Then just double click on the game file that you have which is in .rar form and click extract, follow the screen and that's it.. Most likely you'll get a folder and inside it is the .iso or .cso file..

Handle don't match password??? So it means the password or either the handle you're putting is wrong. Make sure you're typing everything correctly then..
