I my Xbox 360 Elite now has RROD.

My fucking satillite box fell of the tome of my TV and hit my Xbox and now it has the 3 rrod. My fucking parents threw away its warranty because they have no respect for what is mine.

Shouldn't have opened it. There is no physical warranty. I hate when people think that the warranty Best Buy gives out is the warranty. If you have RROD, your MICROSOFT warranty is extended to be 3 years long. If you wouldn't have opened it, you could have gotten a new xbox.

Didn't buy it a Best Buy. Open what... the box? I just pressed the eject button then it turned offf and when I turned it back on it was cured

Wherever you bought it, sold you a warranty...correct? That's just stupid (what they do). Microsoft provides a free warranty (where you just ship it in). I meant you shouldn't have opened the Xbox (to fix it, if you didn't then good, just send it in)...

I didn't buy the warranty what I had was proof of warranty. I didn't open the Xbox just look at the time difference between my two posts two minutes. I wouldn't have time to fix it in two minutes.

I'm going to make a random ass guess here. But when the satellite box fell it caused something (hard drive or the disk if there was in it) to "misalign" and cause some sort of data corruption that caused the RROD. Again a random ass guess. I don't have an xbox, and I don't follow the world of xbox

All it is is a computer. That's what all game systems are. Just they don't have some things that a computer has or has extras. The same thing has happened with computers that I have fixed. Some guy's asshole little brother took a literal brick and pegged his computer because he was pissed at him and he asked me to fix it because when he turned it on it would make long beeping sounds. (For those who don't know, a long beep on a start up means its a memory problem. [You have been learned]) Luckly his RAM just came loose and I had to just reinsert it. I'm guessing that your guess is correct, something must have come loose or it was just the shock from the impact of the hit.

And he never opened it HJ (Just saying in case you haven't noticed yet.)

And get a 360 BB! Its sooo much fun when CJ, Codex, Forgiven, Sneaky, and I play online in MW2.

If you buy it LICENSED RETAIL, you get a warranty. This WARRANTY is in case your Xbox 360 goes to the shithouse, and has problems.

Pop your faceplate off and look for a silver sticker. If it's still there, you're good to go..don't remove it though.
