1. Close all Adobe applications.
2. Go to Start and in the search field, type: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Adobe
3. Delete the TypeSupport folder
4. Open Photoshop, things should be back to normal.

And when I search the thing nothing comes up. Maybe because you are using a Mac or Vista?

first of all Mac dosent support %USERPROFILE% its a UNIX based OS and Windows is DOS based. he's running Vista... I am too and therefor thats the only way I can help too.
