What is and isn't ripping(Just for clarification)

We will use this for an example:

As you see,it found 9 different images that look like the one at the top. If you look at each of them, you notice the only similarity is the render. Using similar renders is NOT ripping.

What is Ripping:
Let's say Bob made an image, and it was really nice and was asked to share the Psd and so he did. If Fred came along and downloaded the Psd, erased Bob's name put his own on it and said he made it. That's ripping, not using the same render. If you were to say the creator of the image that was used to search was ripping you would have to say the creators of 8/9 of those tags were also ripping.

I hope this clears up any confusion you might have about ripping Gfx.
