Despite my dislike of the manga, which isn't personal I hate dark subject matter, I bought the anime which was both seasons for $29 two episodes on 1 disc 6 discs in season 1, 4 discs season 2- packed at least 3 episodes per disc, overall non-important facts but it show you the hassle I went through changing out so many freaking discs it disrupted the flow of the anime. Still the main character Kei is an ass that gets several hard-ons in class, I can relate, I had hot teachers in high school/ college not so much... off topic, he died a bastard and reborn a dick with a dick that is apparently a funny plot device... lulz... he teams up with several teams of "reborns as I call em" and they die... alot... sometimes it's funny others... made me cry like the "Fag" as Gantz called him and his stalker, who was hot in a it's that girl from the Ring...
they were burned by acid, I cried really hard then because it reminded me of my old stalkers... except the male ones...I digress he lives the semi final only to have Gantz assemble people to hunt Kei, well many of them die and he kills the sociopaths good for him, and he fights a train... yeah can't make that shit up... he fought a TRAIN! with yu yu hakusho's spirit gun. The ending was pure wtf, Gantz tried to show humanity the importance of life each person and alien represented a fault and his last test was the 2 worst humans Gantz could summon, I liked the ending... and the sex HA, it is animes like this that make ya think, "Could I do that in his shoes?" Morality should always be questioned.
