Dude, I've been looking all over for Kiss x Sis (Download, not stream) and I can't find it any where....
And if you want to watch a quick comedy, watch "Today in Class 5-2". It was funny as fuck.
I'll add it to my plan to watch list. And I've heard fate/stay night is really good and I know Sekirei wasn't that bad either. The second season is coming out this year (finally) and I can't wait to see how they will continue it.
Oh and Jordan, Kiss x Sis has not aired yet. Probably why you can't find a download. Unless your talking about the OVA.
I watched 3 episodes in Japanese and the 4th has not yet been released and i think they're all Ova's, I only found it cause a friend hooked me up but you can find the manga in english, I forget where but I'd check Onemanga

Since it's not too mainstream, it probably is licensed so there won't be an english dub.
Never say never, fans can do good subs, Sorcerer on the Rocks was a little know anime that had a small circle of fans that subed the voices quite well, no way in hell with I ever find that link again
