It means dynamic memory allocation.
Breaking that down, it means the location of the memory moves.
what it meanz tho really in basic format is it will only work for a level or a certain part of a level or only for 1 gun not all

u go into the well umm on MKULTRA v8 (witch i suggest u use) u go into prx then make pause game = false to true
