I broke my dads computer from turning it off the wrong way...
A screen pops up like its all blue and says unstall anty-virs or hard ware because the computer was turned off wrong.
Restart if this is first time you see this.
I did the restart it happens agan what should i do?? this happens befor the computer goes into windows like where the loading screen comes up with the windows logo right after that hellP!

What does it say exactly. Write it down, then put it here. Its BSoD. ( Blue Screen of Death. )
I think atleast. Anyways, I would be cautious about doing what it says right away without knowing what happened. You could have fried your hard drive by holding the button in to turn off the computer repetitive times over the course of when you received the computer. Also, unplugging the cord in the back and or flipping the switch on the back. Not turning the computer off by going to Start > Turn Off Computer can very well fry your hard drive and the data might not be retrievable.

either:
A. reinstall windows (will probably delete data)
B. go over to a friends house or use a working computer, download a linux live CD and get to it that way and fix it from there (need to be a 1337 hAx0r to do)
C. safe mode
D. install ubuntu (it kicks ass, and it's free)
Reinstalling windows is your best bet as of now since you can't get to windows.
