I have some files I cant delete. It says it's 20.6 GB.
Cannot delete file: Cannot read from the soruce file or disk.
How do I fix this?

backup all the files you wana keep and whipe ur memory?
Make sure the name does not end with a ".". If it does change it. And if it doesn't go into safe mode ( Reboot the computer and keep tapping F8 til you get to the boot menu. With the up and down keys go to Safe mode. ) Log into administrator or another admin's account and try to delete the file.
