IF try to delete follow my steps

-press ctrl+alt+del
-taskbar will open
-look for processes
-and look for the name of the program on the processes and click end procress and you can delete it or open it!

WTF? This is a folder, not a program. How about you try to delete a folder with the task mananger [:
