Googled and found out = NO you cannot put desktop ram into a laptop.
So looks like ill just have to buy laptop ram later on
Actually dont upgrade your computer that is the reason why you computer is going slow if it gets to slow i recomend using your back up cds (thats if you have them) it will go as fast as it was when you first bought itQuote:

Your RAM might be dead or isn't connected correctly if the laptop was jerked around. If it's dead your probably going to have to order RAM online, you probably wouldn't find it in the store. They usually have a certain type of RAM for a specific type of laptop.
