I want to get My Computer out of my internet history. When I want to go to a WEBSITE from yesterday, it only shows files I opened, like documents, mp3s,etc in a folder called my computer. I can't view webpages. This gets really annoying, it should only record webpages not other files. I have IE8. Googleing the problem gives me of bullshit. Please help.

Uninstall IE8. Download FF3.6.
Or just do the first step and reinstall it. be sure to save your bookmarks and shit.

Your probably not viewing your internet history and viewing your history from your computer. Go into IE8 and there should be a history button click that. If not look through the tabs at the top for history.
