yes its actually what the EBOOT hombrew files are coded in. Whereas LUA files require LUAplayer on your psp. Then you need to get CYGWIN (a linux emulator; well not really an emulator at all, but ignore that...) Then get the psptoolchain. Also, you will need kxploit for 1.5 homebrew. Then you (assuming you kno c++) write your program and fallo the tutorial on this site http://www.psp-programming.com/ to do the rest. hope this helps
