Just do a network update on the XMB and it will download as if it were a sony ofw update.

get raimsfull and a memory and get the 5.00 update on google then go to raimsfull and load the eboot thats it the update you have then raimsfull will automatically find your usb or card then click make raimfull and you have it use pandora to install it!
All you need to download the m33-X that you want and put it in the GAME folder.....then just update.
