Ok I've never seen this kind of nitepr but I do think its a good idea

Ok I know there are a couple of hackers out there that make tags for people and they usually edit the hex or use a hex editor

My question is could you install a hex editor on nitepr? like instead of it being called Nitepr it could be Tagpr

He, is asking if you can change HEX with out having to add your PSP to your computer pass the code for TAG, and get back into the game..

Yes, you can! The newest NitePr out there has a build in hex editor, so you can make tags in the middle of the lobby, whit out having to plug any cable, or having to put your PSP in USB Mode.. (It ussualy had, I don't know about this newest versions..)
