This is an easy to use Recovery application. This can be a replacement for your Pandora Battery files as you can make the Pandora load up the Recovery Flasher instead of the original Pandora. Recovery Flasher has tons of features which include:

  • Flashes a fresh M33 CFW (everyone from 3.71 up) for recovering semi-bricks or to up-/downgrade CFW
  • Does not use Pandora, runns from the recovery menu or the XMB
  • Does not use (as in launch) the original Sony Updater (only extracts all required files from the original .PBP)
  • Runs fine on CFWs lower than 3.52-M33-3 - handy for upgrading older FWs w/o the "need to go 3.52, then 3.52-3, then higher" odyssey :-)
  • Runs fine from TimeMachine (3.40-OE on Fat and 3.60-M33 on Slim)
  • Can backup the FW flash and restore selected parts (XMB theme, settings, PSN activation, complete firmware)
  • Can make and restore full NAND dumps

Installation
1.) Download the Recovery Flasher 1.60 from Below.
2.) Open your PSP up in USB mode.
3.) Go inside the MS_ROOT folder of the Recovery Flasher 1.60 file your just downloaded and drag all the contents of it to your Memory Stick's Root. If you do not know what the root of your Memory Stick is then read THIS.
4.) You can run it from your XMB or the CFW recovery menu. Just go to the run recovery at /RECOVERY.

Optional: If you want to restore your firmware to 1.50 for w/e reason you will need to place the 1.50 Update.PBP in your Memory Stick root named as 150.PBP

Warning: Make sure if you are restoring a firmware that you have the corresponding firmware updater in the root of your Memory Stick with the other firmwares. Restoring firmwares can be more risky if the backup is not yours. You can backup your own firmware and restore with no problems. (Still a risk though as with anything involving flashing)

NOTE: For restoring a 3.60-M33 on the Slim, use the 3.52 updater (352.PBP)
