Everyone who posts in the Support Desk is able to close their threads. So once your topic has been answered, please close it. This option is ONLY available to members in the Support Desk to better help others as we will know which topics have already been answered. This way we will not have to keep going in and out of topics.

How to close:
Click "Thread Tools", select the "Close Thread" bubble, then click "Perform Action".


You can also open your threads if the problem you have comes back or just need more support on an issue.
