Clarification of "noobs"
OK I see a lot of people saying/calling new people to the hacking scene a "noob" to me that is fine. The problem is when people start calling these same people "nubs". WTF is a nub?!! To me it DOES NOT mean the same thing as a noob. There is a distinct difference between the two and it starts with the pronunciation of the word.
A noob is someone new to something. A nub is a tidbit of something bigger.
Can we please STOP using the word nub to describe noobs?!!
I mean are you all that fucking lazy you can't type an "extra" letter?!!
I mean a "nub" is what's left after you make many mistakes and your pencil eraser is almost gone. You have a nub left.
See the difference?!!!
