I'm gonna start doing low weight or no weight and high reps. I wanna get more like toned get the rips. Now im just getting bigger, i'm taking this Mighty 3000 weight gainer and its working but I don't want to be on the line once I start playing football. I'm gonna be something better not sure what yet lol.
do what i do,put 5 pound ankle weights on both ankles,and do reps of 15-30 at a time,dont push yourself thou
and dont do more then 50 aday
about 7 or 8
btw im 5'4'' 130 lb and 16 years old with little to know physical ability.
but im workin on it :laugh:
