    Today at 4 am i suddenly woke up to the excruciating pain in my left calf, my calf was rock solid and it felt like something was going to explode inside of it. It was by far THE MOST painful thing i have ever experienced in my life. It only lasted about 30 seconds but it felt like an eternity, i mean the pain was so bad, if i had a gun i woulda killed myself just to never have it happen again. This ever happen to anyone else?

    yes, it hurts so damn much.it only happens if u walk alot or run and ur not used to doing something that ur not used to.
