I get tired from the stress of life. I know you guys do too. Everyone has a different source or level of stress. I have here the best way to relieve it (that has worked for me).


  1. Take a shower according to the temperature of your house or outside. (i.e. hot in the house, take a cold shower, vice versa.)
  2. Make yourself a warm drink that is relaxing. Tea, coffee (decaf), warm milk, etc. (try to avoid juices and soda that have high sugar levels. I drink straight black decaf coffee, so don't start with the caffeine shit).
  3. Sit back and do something that is relaxing. Read a book, lie down in bed, or web surf, nothing that will add to stress or will make strain on yourself such as watch TV or play video games.
