I honestly don't think its going to happen at this point there is ways though that I can think of to get it. Because you could download the newest firmware update on playstation.com and then you could crack it, then put the cracked update on a USB driver and then plug it in to your PS3 and update from that.
I think that could work.
So what do you guys think? Possible? Or impossible?

Um the PS3's OFW has been cracked. So.. I would say yes, just a matter of time. Team M33 is working on it.

And yeah, its possible. But if Sony Keeps cranking out Updates, they'll stop hackers...but they'll also stop me from playing online, because I have to update every time I get on.
u should back up that bold statment i want to see some links or somthing proving it cuz im not buying it if it were as easy as that it would have been done a long time ago
