Wanting to Create a RLSMMORPG, But needs help

RLSMMORPG=Real Life Simulator Massively Multi Online Role Playing Game.

I'm just starting to learn C, with a new game idea thriving in my head.
Ever played Wurm Online for the PC? Its a game based in medievil time, where EVERYTHING is able to be used. Trees, grass, cobble, wood, mines, water. Everything is usuable. Horses, cows and even the dirt can be used. There is minor combat, yet your able to have fun even without it. It's played from the 1st person perspective with a few animations and such. All this is encoded in Java. All of it is 3-D. Yet, oddly enough, this is something i want on the PSP. I want to create something similar to this. I know it would take years to perfect, but i don't want to be in alone on this. All i have is the idea of single player, (Skills rank up at least 1/3 slower than if you were to play online) and online mode, But the online would require a host program running on a machine. I wouldn't know how to do that. The name is the only things i have on it right now, Denora. World of Denora. Has a ring to it. But anyways, I really want to make somthing like this, but will need major help in doing it.

But this isnt for ground up. And it's not PSP based.

Homebrew games are coded in C++ I think. Anyways. You need a lot of experience for this. You have to be dedicated. You need resources too.

I'm almost positive it's just plain C, but then again C and C++ are practically the same thing, however Objective-C is the real pain in the ass

oh idk you wanted to make a home brew game me and my freind made 1 long time ago umm can rember what program we used it was tarator wars on your psp online it was sweet if i rember i will post it!!!
