So yeah i know how to use it and everything but i don't know how to talk to other PSPs..... I can talk to peoples phone you know from psp to phone but not to other PSPs.....

well if you have their skype account username on your friends list on skype and invite them to a call it should work or do they not show up as online? or were you just trying to contact the psp specifically
