Pen Tooling Help.

So .. I was experimenting on the pen tool and it didn't look like it was supposed to..


Um, I need some help...

1. How do you use it in the first place.

2. How do you make it look like a glow around a subject.

when for pentooling,you wana do freeform pentool,and make swirly lines

for the glow thou,make your path,go to your brush,set it to white 3px soft or hard,go back to pen tooling,right click,stroke path,the go to the effects icon under the layers,outer glow,leave the setting to default.

i used that tut and i couldnt find the other one on deviant art.
