A pc game or a flash game?
If you want to make a pc game, good luck it will take years to learn that stuff.
And you better be good with 3D.
If you want to start off with something more easy to manage and tons of support online.
Check out the flash gaming world. I have personally authored a dozen or so flash games that are widely available online. I have created flash game engines and other flash projects.
You can find tons of support, tutorials, script help, etc all you have to do is use google and search until you find what you are looking for.
If you are serious about this, I will be glad to help you get started by pointing you in the right direction just send me a pm. If you are not serious, don't waste my time.
You need to know alot. I know java so I could make programs.
Good luck, to make games on the world's shittiest OS, windows, I would recommend downloading microshit's xbox tools, which they have available to make xbox live games, just google xbox sdk and I'm sure you will find it. I haven't played around with it because microshit sucks. If you are on a mac, you can do it through xcode and a 3d program like blender or maya. Or you can make a flash game, which is much simpler
