What chapter has the most money/treasure?
I can't remember, I'll get back to you on it but I believe it is 5-1. It is the chapter with the two overgrown roaches. Just kill the two roaches and take the gems they drop and replay the beginning again.
The reapers?
Try killing some licker-beta's they drop some gem, lion heart? it's good money.
