how do u become a zombie on gta IV?

does anybody know how to become a zombie in the gta IV?

Its A Skin

my friends say that they got it out of nowhere durring actual game play.

Well...They Must Have Done Something..The Only Way I Know Is Multiplayer

when u go to create you online player just press LB or RB i forgot which one it is but one of those buttons makes u a zombie

i got dat lik da first week gta came out u have to kill a rockstar member in a ranked game i think..its probably hard 2 do now cuz i dont think they play much
