Go to settings ,find general, go to international, find the keyboard , find the language you want and switch it on, when your writing click the earth thing and just type. It will look like this, except mine is Japanese

Nope. Mine is on Norwegian almost all of the time. It helps confuse my friends when they take it (They always do). Just hit the little button next to the spacebar to switch languages.

the chinese keyboard is cool, check it out!!! And I do what adam does :D
The only other keyboard I use is Emoji.
