Help please

How do I enable wirless networking on my computer? My router is all connected and still works but I can't edit my WPA and WEP codes because my computer is not installed with wirelsess netowroking, Do i download a driver for the router or what, my router is a DLINK WBR 2310 I am frightened to download one on my own, so if i need a driver can you please send me a link. and i am on vista by the way. +REP to anyone that helps
