Post workout Meal.. (Help)
Okay, So I'm conditioning for football, and I need some tips on what to eat After a workout , and maybe before one too.
- Pre workout meal.
* Oatmeal & a banana + chocolate milk.
- Post workout meal.
* Three eggs on white bread & 3 mini sausages + chocolate milk.
Any Good??

Drink 3 raw eggs after working out, protein before cooking egg's is more nutritious than after being cooked. Banana's good, if you need energy eat pasta or stock up on carbs before a game or working out.

Breads good, got a lot of carbs. Good energy. You don't need milk before, but banana's are always good for you no matter what.

protein shake,and some nuts,dont eat anything really heavy with anything besides protein basically
o and get skim milk,its better for you,chocolate milk has extra sugar.

You do protein mainly after working out, I do it before and after.
