To send CE you just need to know the other persons MAC address and you must have NitePR. The other person dosent need CFW.
You do the INF CE on an account while hiding your MAC Address through nitePR and save it. Send the folder to the person who wants it and tell them to put in file in their memory stick (in the right location of course)
