need pmn stool

Hello, i have been looking on socom fourms alot
and i have seen some people on socom doing a pmn ladder type stool or circular stool
I was wondering if this is vip or not.. and if it is vip i will be willing to give 10 dollars for it or a runescape account (RUNESCAPE is gay by my opinion) lol
