No Mic Restrictions

(I hate requesting/asking for stuff :/ )

I am sounding real n00bish, but:

Is there a no mic restrictions that allows the player to have its mic on for as long as it wants?

I know there was one, in fact, I saw it, it says "most be host" ect...

I didn't have a mic before so I didn't care bout this. Now I do have a mic and this could be helpful.
I've searched, didn't see one in the forums, and i swear I saw it in the archives but its not there.

there was a prx for it but as i know, it doesnt at least it didnt when i tested it out. i have 1 but it has terrible sideaffects..................it ends up freezing the other players psp's after about 5-10 mins of use.......ill still give it to you if you want it tho :)

ya i like the prx but sometimes its annoying cuz it wont turn off
