Fallout 3 otherworld glitch

1. Go behind the Capitol Building.
2. Look to your right. You should notice a concrete wall.
3. Walk up the stares and head to the right. Make sure to stay on the edge.
4. You should come to a concrete block place there for no reasons.
5. Jump around this block. It may take a few tries to get it right.
6. When you get to the otherside continue to sidle on the edge and go over the concrete wall.
7. After that, head in the oppisite direction of the wall and keep on going until there is nothing there.

I found this glitch without help :P
