PSP freezes when I press the music button on NitePr!!

Okay here is what I did.

1. Downloaded NitePr (Stable) and installed onto my PSP (Custom Firmware 3.71 M33-2)

2. Activate codes I like the sound of such as Infinite CE by pressing the square button (because I wanted them on all the time)

3. Exited and pressed the music button and when I tried to load something (like the customization screen) it would freeze and crash after 30 seconds

4. Reset my PSP and steps 1-2 and pressed the music button while in a campaign mission. But to no avail it didn't work and would also freeze and crash

Whats wrong? :blink:

P.S. My PSP is a slim (old slim not new one)

Oh and what I meant by load something was like load the customization screen

do you have the special 3.71 nitePR installed?

if he didnt have the 3.71 nite pr it would show nite pr menu its probily because of the code try find a diffrerent one?

Where are different codes? And yes I did install the correct one (3.71 only)

your running it on a slim....slims dont support nitePR new or old
My slim wont support nitePR either it does the exact same thing only my Fat supports it.

well, my slim works perfectly with nitepr. Try a new infinite CE code. from the 1.60 non banning codes. You only need to use it once and then save.

That, all ready happened, to me.. Deleted all the codes, you have and start up NitePr, see if it freezes, if it does reinstalled it.. Ok, now put back your codes and make sure none of them are to be started when NitePr is started (The problem may, be that one code is set to automatically turn it self ON when NitePr is one, and the code may be damaged to the point that freezes your PSP)

[IF I am not sure to know if your code is ON auto, it should have ! or !! on the beginning!]

ur a dumbass, u can run nitepr on a slim.

it's probably bad codes cus that happened to me at first too

go through your database and see if there are any CODES that have "!!" or "!" in front of it. You could be activating a code that freezes in some parts of games etc or a code that doesn't work so it freezes. i see a bunch of idiots POST codes like that with that in front of it. If not, make sure you have nitepr FOR 3.71. it seems like you need to update your firmware to 3.71 m33-3 just in case that's an issue

update: sorry darkblood. didnt read your post. just read others that didn't help so i came in.

Thanks everyone! I got it to work. Turns out I needed new codes not the ones that came with NitePr.
