Deadly Lobby Freeze no Shut off

What this does is Freeze the room but it wont cut off the PSP,So when I turn this on they freeze but they wait til it turn off they cant press start(Cant Press Any Buuttons!)Vant even turn off WLAN!The only thing they can do is take there charger and battery out.
