Codes aint working?

Hello guys. Ive been trying this for like 2 hours now. I have a psp slim v2000
with CFW 3.90 M33-3. I did all the Nitepr stuff and even put the codes. Ive been trying to just do the INF CE hack but it aint working. None of the hacks are working. can anyone give me any suggestions?

to activate the cheats just press the note button(the button b4 select button)

ive been doing that. but none of the codes aint working. its being really gay.
