rock band unplugged music store in 4.01m33

Is there anyway for me to access it without updating? Sorry for the noob question, getting back into my PSP (found the charger :) )

Upgrade to official Sony 6.10 firmware then downgrade back to CFW. Thats the only way as of now since version.txt doesn't work.

damn, then I lose my killer theme (that's an official theme believe it or not, not a cfw theme) And as far as I know you can't download it any more :(
