One Shot Detector

I have a question and my question is this-How does a One Shot Detector work exactly? I have had 2 different people tell me that I was hacking. One of those times I was on my unhacked 3000, another time on my hacked 2000. The first time on my 3000 I got voted out the second time this other guy started hacking. On my 2000 I MADE SURE my hacks were off after he started hacking and they were off. I have heard if the first shots are headshots then the One Shot Detector picks you up as hacking. So were they just mad that they got utterly owned or was it that my first shots were headshots, or something else? And the people who told me I was hacking both told me they caught me on the One Shot Detector.

If your using One-Shot Kill,and some has One-Shot Kill Detector, when you kill someone,the text will say "i'll make this as painful as possible"

Supposedly, if four "HEADSHOT"s come up, the person is using PTL. (I think its horse shit.)

When someone shoots someone else with the one shot code enabled the person using one shot kill will taunt all at onc uncontrollably. It worked for me, I don't know about everyone else.
