okay so like what do i do with the notepad now i saved it as vxh or something and added to a folder called psp hacks on my desktop and it also has a R and S folder the were downloadable codes from this site, what do i do with it?

Yeah just add to to the folder for your cheat device. Like if your using nitepr just add it to the nitepr folder in your seplugins. Just remember to name the notepad depending on the game.
