Psp volume problem.

OK It just started hapenging today. I was playing socom, my volume was at 0. then 2 seconds later i can hear the guns firing like fucking crazy, i went to the home button and its all the way. i exited and went to xmb and the volume thing its like a time line is still there
i try to press volume down button but it wont work!!!!!!! i turned it off and it made like a zap noise. i turned back on and STILL!!!! EVEN WITH NO CFW. Any help?
