Do you have an iPod Touch or iPhone that is jailbroken? Try updating the iPhone/iPod Touch (the device itself) if you have one. You can also try uninstalling iTunes completely and re-installing it (along with updating the device).
I have jailbroken ipod touch 3.0.
What version of iTunes are you currently running?
