You also MUST add this line to your game.txt thats in your seplugins folder -_-
ms0:/seplugins/nitePR.prx
its already in the folder, so once you put it in the folder restart your psp and it should be installed. I tested it and it was enabled by itself
OMFG If only reading the README file was so easy... but it really is.
