I recently got a problem with my memory stick (8gb sandisk). everytime i insert it the indicator keeps flashing orange. I tried to format it but it says that there is no memory stick inserted. I inserted my other memory stick (1gb sandisk) and it worked. Any ideas on what i can do?
Try formating it through your computer it may work
Put on computer and hyper link into it and then reformat
on the computer still says insert drive into disk.
Your 8gb is F-ed up. No good. Kaputz. Its no longer living. Buy a new one.

Something could have gone wrong with it at any point. Try putting it in another PSP or a Sony Camera and see what happens. If it works then, its your PSP. If not, then its no good. The ol' Technician's Way: Trial and Error.Quote:
